ATTENTION: Highlands is CLOSED temporarily for IN-PERSON treatments from late-Feb until approx mid-March due to surgery, recovery, and rebab. A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking for total booked services to secure your booking. This booking fee is non-refundable, however will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day.

At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If an appointment is rescheduled, your 50% booking fee will be credited to your account. If an appt is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to show up to your appt, this will result in the forfeiting of your booking fee, without exception.

To ensure punctual service for all clients, appts that start late due to client tardiness will finish at their original scheduled time, resulting in a shorter service. No discounts will be given due to client lateness. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appt, you will be marked as a no-show and will forfeit your booking fee.
